The installation consists of two works: Liquid Skies / Gyrwynt, a carpet on the floor and Haku, 3200 strings of beads hanging from the ceiling. The Installation is developed for this specific space in correspondance with the surrounding 19th century paintings from the NGV collection (the main inspiration is the painting ‚Falls of Schaffhausen‘ by JMW Turner). It is part of ‚Magic, Matter, Memory‘, the third Triennial at NGV in Melbourne.
